<p>TSXV listed Mawson Gold has gold and uranium interests in Australia and Sweden. In Australia it owns a strategic 51% of ASX listed Southern Cross Gold (SXG) that has the Sunday Creek Au/Sb discovery in Victoria, Australia. Sunday Creek already has 27 individual intersections > 50 - 100 AuEq g/t * m and 24 individual intersections >100 AuEq g/t * m. Mawson intends to distribute in-specie its holding in SXG to shareholders in mid 2024.</p> <p>In Sweden Mawson controls all 22.7Mlbs historic Swedish conventional uranium resources which are all expandable. It also manages the Skellefteå North Gold project that has outcropping gold in a region which has had >7 Moz produced within 22 km of project. The maiden drilling campaign produced 1.8 m @ 28.4 g/t Au including 0.4 m @ 132 g/t Au from 82 m.</p>
