<p>Palamina Corp. (TSX.V: PA OTCQB: PLMNF) has participation in 8 gold projects in south-eastern Peru in the Puno Orogenic Gold Belt (POGB). The POGB remains one of the world’s least formally explored orogenic gold belts where Palamina has the most significant land position held by a junior mining company. In 2024 Palamina will drive shareholder value through fully funded drill discovery programs.</p> <p>Palamina holds 14,500,000 common shares in Winshear Gold Corp (TSX.V: WINS) and a 2% NSR on all Winshear projects in Peru. At December 31, 2023, Palamina and Winshear both had in excess of CDN$3M in cash. Palamina's Usicayos Gold Project & Winshear Gold’s Gaban Gold Project are both fully permitted and funded with drill programs planned to commence in Q2 of 2024 after the end of the rainy season. Palamina retains a 15.4% fully diluted common share interest in Winshear and a 2% Net Smelter Return (“NSR”) royalty on all Winshear projects.
