The company holds more than 70,000 ha in the region and, in October 2024, secured a C$16.75 million option agreement with Kinross Gold for its Williams Brook property. Williams Brook hosts the Lynx Gold Zone, a 750-metre-long, 100-metre-wide, 300-metre-deep area with grades up to 5 g/t gold over 50 metres. In partnership with Kinross, 3,500 metres of drilling were completed in 2025, including new visible gold finds, with assays pending. Williams Brook shows strong expansion potential, with five additional gold zones identified on the 40,000-hectare land package. Kinross will invest another $3 million in 2026 and now holds a 15% stake in Puma Exploration.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin:0cm; text-align:start; -webkit-text-stroke-width:0px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="caret-color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-style:normal"><span style="font-variant-caps:normal"><span style="font-weight:400"><span style="letter-spacing:normal"><span style="orphans:2"><span style="text-transform:none"><span style="white-space:normal"><span style="widows:2"><span style="word-spacing:0px"><span style="text-decoration-line:none"><span style="text-decoration-thickness:auto"><span style="text-decoration-style:solid">Separate from the Kinross option, Puma Exploration is advancing the McKenzie Gold Project, situated approximately 10 kilometres west of Williams Brook, which shows great promise. Initial surface sampling at McKenzie produced impressive results, with gold values reaching up to 600 g/t. An inaugural drilling campaign of 2,500 m was completed in the fall of 2025, with assays pending. Puma&rsquo;s successful DEAR corporate strategy of Discovery, Exploration, Acquisition, and Royalties has brought an innovative approach to fundraising to minimize share dilution.&nbsp;</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p>
