<p>Ford is a Managing Partner and founder of Kepis & Pobe Financial Group. Over the past 25 years Ford has invested in and provided executive management to multiple international projects. He currently serves on the board of EverGen Infrastructure Corp and Satisfai Health.</p> <p>Mr. Nicholson is the former deputy chairman of the board of InterOil Corporation, a fully integrated company developing LNG for Asian markets formerly listed on the NYSE before its sale to ExxonMobil. He was a co-founder and Director of Nations Energy Ltd. in Kazakhstan and a co-founder and former board member of Bankers Petroleum Ltd. in Albania. Ford is also a former member of the President's council of the International Crisis Group.</p>
